Lost my money

Like some others Ive read about in reviews before mine, I purchased the "Remove ads and 500 coins" package and didnt not get what I paid for. Ive tried restoring the purchase in-app and reloading the game before reporting the problem to fatchicken by email and have not heard back after several days. Be careful if you decide to play this game; it is fun but I feel robbed.
